• A two week turn around time from the moment of art work approval. 

• We operate a siingle head and a four head ZSK embroidery machines. 
• We ask for a 12 item minimum. We can order items for you or you can bring in items for embroidery as long as its 12 of the same item. For example, 12 hats, 12 shirts, 12 jackets etc.  
• We are also happy to color match threads for you! If we dont already have the color we will order it!
